摘要:本文以经干燥灭菌的银杏叶为材料,选用紫外分光光度法测定银杏叶中黄酮含量,用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化提取液。比对料液比、提取溶剂、浸提时长、浸提温度的单因素实验研究对银杏黄酮提取效率的影响,比较AB-8,D101两种大孔树脂对银杏黄酮的吸附效果,得出实验提取银杏黄酮的最佳工艺和最佳纯化树脂。以D101型大孔树脂对通过最佳工艺提取的银杏黄酮进行分离纯化得到精制品。实验得到提取的最佳工艺为:以50%乙醇为提取溶剂,在料液比1:30的情况下80摄氏度提取5小时。用D101型大孔树脂纯化后真空浓缩再冷冻干燥得率为3%。76463
