摘要:为了改善土壤微环境并优化微生物菌剂适宜用量,本实验利用微生物菌剂“宁盾”处理不同时期的辣椒品种,研究其对辣椒根围土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:TH、TM、TA、TS处理组较CH对照组均不同程度地提高土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、纤维素酶、过氧化氢酶活性,其中,对照组CH土壤脲酶活性在第三个月最高,分别比4个处理组提高46。7%、16。7%、23。3%、63。3%,4个处理组土壤磷酸酶活性与处理组CH比较在第二个月提高最多,分别提高29。7%、8。9%、14。2%、23。6%,4个处理组土壤蔗糖酶活性均高于处组CH,以第三个月最显著,分别提高25。0%、5。4%、26。8%、26。8%,处理组TH、TM、TA土壤纤维素酶活性均高于处理组CH,以第三个月最显著,分别提高了267。7%、183。9%、106。5%,处理组TH、TM、TA土壤过氧化氢酶活性均高于处理组CH,以第一个月最显著,分别提高了2。0%、25。9%、9。5%。80049

Abstract:In order to improve soil micro environment and optimize the suitable dosage of microbial agents, in this experiments, microbial agents ‘Ning dun’ were used to treat different periods of pepper varieties to study the effect of different treatments on the soil enzyme activities of chili’s roots。 The results indicated that: in comparison with the control(CH), the treatments(TH,TM,TA,TS) improved the activities of soil urease, phosphatase, sucrase, cellulae, catalase to different extent, among them, the control(CH) had the highest activities of soil urease in the third month, higher than four treatments respectively 46。7%、16。7%、23。3%、63。3%,in comparison with the control(CH), four treatments had the higher activities of soil phosphatase in the second month, respectively 29。7%、8。9%、14。2%、23。6%,four treatments had the higher activities of soil sucrase than control(CH),especially in the third month, respectively 25。0%、5。4%、26。8%、26。8%,the treatments(TH、TM、TA) had the higher activities of soil cellulatethan control(CH), especially in the third month, respectively 267。7%、183。9%、106。5%,thetreatments(TH、TM、TA) had the higher activities of soil catalase than control(CH), especially in the first month, respectively 2。0%、25。9%、9。5%。
