摘要以松树木段替代松树作为寄主与病原的准活体互作模型,观察松材线虫对不同感(抗)病性树种的识别、侵入和取食繁殖的状况,结果表明:
(1)。4种松段对拟松材线虫都有着吸引能力,马尾松和黑松对松材线虫的吸引能力较强,火炬松和雪松对松材线虫的吸引能力较弱;而真菌对2种线虫几乎没有吸引能力。80802
(2)。松材线虫和拟松材线虫接种到松树木段后,长久停留在该接种段,至少达18h,随着时间的推移渐渐进入木段中后部,但数量极少;不同线虫和同一种线虫在不同松树木段内的运动状况非常相似。
(3)。松材线虫和拟松材线虫在最初的时间段内(1d-8d)木段内线虫的数量较少,随着接种时间的延长,松树木段内线虫的数量逐渐增多。
(4)。2种线虫尤其是拟松材线虫在马尾松和黑松的木段内线虫增加较在雪松和火炬松内为多,表明松材线虫能够在马尾松和黑松体内快速繁殖,与线虫与松树相互作用(感病与抗病、致病与非致病)相吻合。但拟松材线虫在松树木段内繁殖较多的原因不同寻常,且应当不是实验误差所致。
(5)。线虫主要集中在接种端,并一直保持到至少18h;在接种初期(3h)松材线虫和拟松材线虫在木段接种端内的线虫较少,6h后增加,但直至18h数量基本持平,但不同松树种间的木段之间存在着较大差异,这些差异与松树的抗性间的关联度不高。拟松材线虫在松树接种端的木段上数量直观较松材线虫的处理组合的多,但可能主要是接种量的随机误差。
(6)。接种端松段的线虫有一部分是附着于接种端的表面,但附着的确切数量与比例值得进一步研究。

Abstract Section in the pine wood substitute pine as the host and the pathogen in vivo interaction model, the observation of pine wood nematodes to different sense (anti disease species identification, invasion and the feeding and breeding condition。 The results show as follows:
(1) 。 Four pines have the ability to attract Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and B。 mucronatus。 The ability for Pinus masson and P。 thunbergii Parl,to attract the nematodes is strong than P。 loblolly and Cedrus deodara , while the fungi hase no ability nearly to attract the two nematodes 。
(2) 。 B。 xylophilus and B。 mucronatus inoculated to pine wood, stay in the inoculation site at least 18 hours, with the time goes by, it will gradually enter into the wood in the middle-rear part, but it's amount is little; different nematode and the same nematode in the pine wood movement are very similar。
(3) 。 B。 xylophilus and B。 mucronatus in the initial time period (1d-8d) of wood nematode quantity are few, with the extension of time, the number of pine wood nematodes gradually increased。
(4) 。 The number of these two nematodes especially B。 mucronatus increased more in P。 masson and P。 thunbergii Parl, than in P。 loblolly and Cedrus deodara。 These mean that the nematodes can proliferate quickly in P。 masson and P。 thunbergii Parl。 The result coincide with the interaction (susceptible and resistant, pathogenic and non pathogenic) between the nematode and pine。 But the reason for B。 mucronatus to product more in pine wood segments is unusual which shall not be experimental errors。
(5) 。 Nematode is mainly concentrated at the end of the inoculation, and remained there at least 18h; early inoculation (3h) B。 xylophilus and quasi pine wood nematode in wood inoculated with end of nematode is less, increased after 6h, but until 18 h of basically the same number, but between different pine species of wood segments exist larger differences in, do not have a high degree of correlation between these differences and pine resistance。 Quasi period at the end of the inoculated pine wood nematode visual quantity is more than that of pine wood nematode treatment combinations, but mainly is the random error of inoculum。 准活体模型下的松树与松材线虫互作关系研究:http://www.youerw.com/shengwu/lunwen_94046.html
