摘要:本研究通过对网纹草进行0。1%、0。2%、0。4%、0。6% 盐浓度的胁迫处理,测定叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、蛋白质含量以及叶绿素含量,来探究盐胁迫对网纹草叶片生理功能的影响。结果表明,在胁迫初期,0。1%-0。6% 的盐胁迫使网纹草叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性分别比对照下降了76%、75%、114%、135%;网纹草叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量明显增加,与对照相比分别增加了3%、3%、6%、10%;网纹草叶片蛋白质含量对照比,依次下降10%、28%、19%、42%;网纹草叶片叶绿素含量均有所下降,与空白对照相比依次下降1。7%、0。4%、1%、0。6%。在盐胁迫第三周,同一盐浓度下与胁迫初期比,叶片POD活性依次上升94%、60%、126%、165%,基本恢复至正常水平,而叶片MDA含量依旧逐渐上升,但上升速度明显减缓,整体都低于空白对照下的正常水平。叶片蛋白叶绿素含量则仍呈现明显的下降趋势,但下降速度也开始减缓,与对照的正常水平值相差不大。82103
