摘要玉米黄素是一种天然的类胡萝卜素，具有预防老年性黄斑性病变、白内障、心血管疾病、抗氧化、延缓衰老、抗癌等生理功能。本文第一部分较详细地综述了玉米黄素的结构和性质、来源、提取方法、生理功能、应用和发展前景。然后采用超声振荡水浴法从玉米粉中提取了玉米黄素，提取溶剂为丙酮，提取溶剂与玉米粉比为50：1，提取时间为1 h，提取温度为40℃，提取液经过旋转蒸发浓缩、柱色谱纯化后得到玉米黄素粗品，最后用紫外可见光谱、红外光谱和高分辨质谱进行了定性鉴定。44135

Abstract: As a natural carrenoid, zeaxanthin has some physiological functions including prevention from senile macular degeneration, cataracta and cardiovascular diseases, antioxidation, antiaging and anticancer. The first part of the paper described in great detail the structure and properties, sources, extraction methods, physiological functions, application and development prospects of zeaxanthin. Then, the ultrasonic water-bath method was used to extract zeaxanthin from corn powders. Acetone was used as extraction solvent, and the ratio of the extraction solvent to corn powders was 50:1. The extraction temperature and time for zeaxanthin were 40℃ and 1 h, respectively. The extracted solution was concentrated by rotary evaporation, and then purified by column chromatography to obtain crude zeaxanthin. Finallly, the ultraviolet visible spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectrometry were used for the qualitative classification of crude zeaxanthin.
