摘要:本课题以40%、60%、75%、95%等不同浓度的乙醇作为溶剂通过超声波提取法进行单因素实验,根据最终的提取物收率确定葡萄籽有效成分提取的最佳工艺条件。将提取的葡萄籽有效成分加入护肤膏霜配方中进行制备,并测定含有护肤葡萄籽有效成分的护肤膏霜的理化指标。此外,针对葡萄籽有效成分的抗氧化性和保湿性进行功效的测定与评价。实验结果表明:(1)通过单因素实验的结果可以知道,当以60%的乙醇浓度、1:20的料液比、55℃的提取温度、8min的提取时间以及两次的提取次数为工艺条件,提取所得到的葡萄籽有效成分的收率是最高的;(2)采用紫外分光光度法,对葡萄籽有效成分进行清除超氧阴离子能力的测定,结果表明60%和75%乙醇浓度的提取物与BHT的清除超氧阴离子能力相比,BHT的清除羟自由基的能力远远超过60%和75%乙醇浓度的提取物的清除能力,但是60%和75%乙醇浓度的提取物的清除率随着浓度的增加吸光度而增加,与BHT的上升趋势基本保持一致。说葡萄籽有效成分在体外的抗氧化的活性很高;(3)葡萄籽有效成分对比甘油进行的保湿性测试结果表明,在81%湿度下,葡萄籽有效成分的吸湿率随时间的增加而增加;(4)将葡萄籽有效成分加入到膏霜的配方中,在-8℃和40℃的温度下,其低温不泛粗高温不分层。故说明葡萄籽有效成分与膏霜的配伍性很好。50055

Extract the effective ingredients of grape seed and effect evaluation of skin care
Abstract:In this study ,40%、60%、75% and 95% of different concentrations of ethanol as a solvent single factor experiment by ultrasonic extraction method to determine the optimum conditions of grape seed extract effective ingredients according to the final extract yield.The effective ingredients of Grape seed was added to Moisturizing Cream and tested its compatibility in emulsion.In addition, the effective ingredients of grape seed was measured moisture-resistance and antioxidation.The results show that:(1)through single factor experiment, the optimal process conditions were: ethanol concentration of 60%, solid-liquid ratio of 1:20, extraction temperature at 55oC, extraction time of 8 min, extraction time is 2 times.Under this condition, the yield of the resulting extract is highest;(2)by UV spectrophotometry, the effective ingredients of grape seed of superoxide anion ability showed 60% and 75% ethanol concentration of the extract compared with superoxide anion ability of BHT.Although there is no ability to remove BHT good, but with the increasing concentration of absorbance on the rise;(3)Compare the active ingredients of grape seed and glycerin, the moisturizing test results show that, at 81% humidity, moisture absorption rate of the effective ingredients of grape seed increases with time;(4)The extract was added to the formulation of creams and by -8oC cold detection, 40oC heat detection.The results show that, the sample no layering or seperation and good stability.
