摘要:本文研究了枇杷花中熊果酸与齐墩果酸的优化提取工艺。采用高效液相色谱法对提取物进行检测,采用均匀设计法研究了不同溶剂比、液料比、超声功率、浸提温度、超声时间及pH值的因素对枇杷花中熊果酸与齐墩果酸的提取影响;用Excel软件对提取因素与提取率进行回归分析。结果表明,熊果酸与齐墩果酸混合物得回归分析所得数学模型方程为:

   通过这一方程所得的较优化工艺为溶剂比为65%,料液比为1:15,超声功率为35%,浸提温度为65℃,超声时间为40min,pH值为11。用这一方案所得的的预测值为0。28% 。应用此方案实际所得提取率为0。26%,与预测值0。28%  相当。均匀设计法能有效地解决植物中有效成分的最大提取率的问题。72592

Abstract: In this paper, the optimization extraction technology of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid from loquat flower were researched。 The ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in extraction was quantified by HPLC method。 The some effect factores of extracting ursolic acid and oleanolic acid, which were solvent ratio, liquid material ratio, ultrasonic power, leaching temperature, ultrasonic time and pH, were tested by using Uniform design method。 Excel software was used to analyze the relationship with the factors and yields of mixture of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid。 The results showed that the regression analysis mathematical model equation of yields with factors was:

Through this equation the optimum extraction process can be founded, that is, the ratio of solvent is 65%, the ratio of solid to liquid is 1:15, the ultrasonic power is 35%, the extraction temperature is 65, the ultrasonic time is 40min, and the pH value is 11。 The predicted value obtained by this optimum extraction process is 0。28%, the real extraction rate is 0。26%, the theoretical value with the predicted value is not significance。 According to above, a result is formed that the uniform design method can be used to solve the problem of the maximum extraction rate of effective components in plants effectively。
