我国财政收支与GDP相互关系的实证分析

摘要：国内生产总值（GDP）、财政收入和财政支出是反映国家综合实力的重要指标。经济决定财政收支，财政收支影响经济。为了研究财政收支与GDP的增长之间存在的关系，本文首先对1995～2014年的财政收支与GDP的数据进行描述分析，可知我国的经济正处于飞速发展阶段，但财政赤字问题仍然不可忽视。然后运用SPSS软件，对近20年的财政收支与全国GDP的数据进行统计分析，建立回归模型，得到了财政收入与GDP和财政支出与GDP之间的都具有强烈的线性相关关系的结论。最后，分别阐述财政收支与GDP增长的原因，以及就如何实现我国财政收支的持续增长与GDP增长的良性循环机制提出了相应对策。85005

An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between Fiscal Revenue and Expenditure and GDP in China

Abstract：The gross domestic product (GDP), fiscal revenue and expenditure are the essential indicators, which reflect our national comprehensive strength。 Economy decides financial revenue and expenditure, and the other way round, financial revenue and expenditure have an impact on the economy。 In order to research the relations of the growth of revenue and expenditure and GDP , this paper analyses the revenue and expenditure in 1995-2017 and GDP data。 From the data we can see that China's economy is on a stage of rapid development。 However, the deficit remains can not be ignored。 Then I applied SPSS software to nearly 20 years' national GDP of revenue and expenditure data for statistical analysis。 Then I built a regression models, and draw a conclusion that there is a strong linear correlation of revenues and GDP and the fiscal expenditure and GDP 。 Finally, respectively, I summaried the reasons of financial balance and the growth of GDP as well as put forward the countermeasures on how to achieve a virtuous cycle of sustained the growth of China's fiscal revenue and expenditure mechanisms and the growth of GDP。

我国财政收支与GDP相互关系的实证分析
