摘要本文的主要研究对象是到目前为止关于小学教师形象的研究成果和在实际生活中，学生心目中的小 学数学教师形象两大块。本文主要采用文献调查法，问卷调查法两者相结合。文献综述部分采取文献调 查法，主要集中到目前为止，国内教师形象方面的研究为主包括教师形象概念，结构，变化和存在问题 等。学生心目中的数学教师形象则采用问卷调查法，对小学各年级进行分段调查，对初一年级，小学一 年级、三年级和五年级的学生抽样后进行问卷调查，然后通过统计分析，进一步归纳学生心目中的小学 数学教师形象，从而为小学教师形象研究提供借鉴参考。
本论文主体部分为三部分： 一、文献综述：通过收集目前国内外已有文献（主要集中在国内文献），从理论角度对已有文献进行梳 理分析，归纳目前存在的教师形象方面的研究趋势、研究理论、研究方向以及研究成果。在此基础上， 对“教师形象”进行概念界定并设计教师形象构成要素维度表。 二、实际调查：通过问卷抽样调查杭州某公立小学各学段学生以及杭州某公立中学初一年段学生对小学 数学教师的印象，根据学生填写的数据进行统计分析，由于低段学生尚不能完整的表达出自己的想法， 除了文字填写还可以让他们以画图面的形式代替文字，并且可以由学生口述，笔者本人在他们的图画旁 边代笔复述他的话。 三、在小学生眼中的教师形象调查结果进行数据统计之后，归纳学生心目中的教师形象高频词汇，进一 步阐明数学教师在学生心目中的形象。
通过 spss 分析后，学生对教师的满意度还是比较高的。在低段，学生关注面较窄，关注教师礼仪 谈吐，品行。而中高段对教师的关注面有所增加，评价更详细具体。中段生关注品行和课堂风格。高段 生由于升学等方面的问题，最关注的课堂表现和课外表现，同时开始关注教师的容貌着装。89017
