摘要：在新课程理念指导下，没有合作的课堂教学，不是真正的课堂教学。目前新课程所 倡导的一种新的学习方式就是“小组合作学习”，它能让每位学生“在学习中学会合作， 在合作中学会学习”，对每个学生一生的发展都有着积极意义，所以说开展大学生小组合 作学习也是社会发展的需要。然而在广泛应用中出现了诸多问题：分配不合理、随意性大； 未建立合作机制、组内自由松散；小组成员合作意识差、无合作内在需求；不知合作之法、 缺乏合作能力；评价体系不完善等。本文采用访谈法对淮阴师范学院教育科学学院 2013级和 2014 级部分大学生随机抽样调查，进一步对当代大学生合作学习小组进行研究，根 据这些问题做出了相应的解决，在此基础上，文章进一步对学习小组管理和分配策略做出 相关研究。90839
