摘要：良好的师生关系是教育改革的重要问题，也是影响学生发展的重要因素之一。但小学师生关系有特殊性，其不同于其它阶段，它依赖性比较强，由于小学生年龄特征，导致学生过于依赖教师，另外社会、学校、家庭也影响着师生关系，由此小学阶段的教育教学工作阻力重重。为此，本文通过文献梳理和对教师、学生的访谈，主要从小学师生关系存在的问题、问题存在的原因及解决策略进行研究。既有利于教育思想的转变，又有利于师生关系的和谐发展。从而有利于素质教育的全面推进。38838

Abstract:The interpersonal relationship is the most important.Good teacher-student relationship is an important problem of the education reform, it is one of the important factors affecting the development of students. In the comprehensive promotion of quality education, whether the change of education ideas, teaching content, teaching method and reform, and ultimately must rely on the teacher-student interaction and communication to achieve the goal of education.But primary school teacher-student relationship has particularity, it is different from other stages, it has relatively strong dependence, because the primary school age characteristics, causes the student to rely too much on the teacher, other social, school, family relationship between teachers and students. To this end, the working resistance of education and teaching in primary school stage of heavy, we should continue to explore the relationship between teachers and students, to improve and solve the existing problems, and try to establish equal, sincere, harmonious, conducive to the development of quality education.

（一）小学师生关系的意义及重要性
师生关系是学校中教师与学生之间的基本关系,是师生之间以情感、认知和行为交往为主要表现形式的心理关系。【1】它也是教师和学生为满足彼此交往的需要，从而在教育过程中建立的心理关系。
