摘要：产业结构是国民经济的核心，受到各国学者的重视。产业结构的优化与合理代表着一个地区的经济进入高效利用的阶段。经济的增长必然伴随着产业结构的转变。如果产业结构与当地的经济水平处于不合理的的时候就必须通过调整产业结构来适应经济的发展。通过对改革开放以来河南产业结构转变进行的实证分析和未来方向的发展进行研究，得出河南的产业结构还处于发展中阶段，有很多的问题。结构分配有很多的不合理之处。本文通过对河南省各方面具体情况进行研究，要在认识到河南省产业结构转变不足的情况下，对河南省结构的调整要加大力度，促使其向正确的方向发展。实际依据河南省的区位优势，资本禀赋，产业优势，构造及发展规律深入了解。有目的性的给出实际有用的战略布局。 39721
