摘要简单说明目前的社会环境，社会资金动向，新兴行业的发展方向。所研究的初创企业近一年的财务状况，客户使用反馈情况，在同行业中所处的位置，以及其估值情况。介绍了建立多元线性回模型的主要步骤：模型的建立，基本假设，模型的检验，预测以及分析数据，建立模型过程中使用到的SPSS软件的操作方法。在掌握大量数据的基础上，利用数理统计方法建立因变量与自变量之间的回归关系函数表达式并进行实例分析。利用之前的数据建立估值模型，为企业在日后的项目估值中给出可量化的投资体系。41402

 Abstract
A brief description of the current social environment, social capital movements, the direction of development in emerging industries. The research start-ups in nearly a year of financial status, customer feedback, are located in the same position in the industry, and its valuation. Introduces the main steps to establish multiple linearregression model: basic hypothesis model,model test, prediction and analysis of data, methods of operation to use the process of establishing the model of SPSS software. Based on mastering a large quantity of data, using statistical methods to establish the relationship between the expression for return function variables and independent variables and the example analysis. The establishment of a valuation model using the data before, as the investment system an enterprise in the future valuation of the project can be quantified.
