摘要由于我国应用于群众体育的体育场馆设施严重不足，国家鼓励机关、学校等单位内部的文化体育设施向公众开放。在这样的背景下，大量的校外人员涌进学校，利用学校的体育场馆设施参加体育锻炼。体育是有风险的，发生意外伤害在所难免。本文在查阅了大量的校外人员进校参加体育锻炼意外伤害案例的基础上，为了具体区分为学校责任、受害人自己的责任和第三人责任以江苏大学、镇江高专和江苏科技大学的校外人员为调查对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法，对江苏大学、镇江高专和江苏科技大学的校外人员进校体育锻炼意外伤害事故的责任分析进行研究，并进行相应的理论分析，进而提出解决此类纠纷的建议。86439
