摘    要当今休闲度假火热，度假酒店想要在这个时代更好的发展下去就不能仅仅满足游客的吃住等最传统的消费。休闲活动的开展，全新的休闲度假才能在酒店竞争行业中生存下去。从单一的观光旅游向休闲度假旅游转变，酒店在管理上要适应新的旅游业现状是必然的发展趋势。本文以千岛湖羡山半岛洲际酒店休闲运动为例，采用问卷调查和实地访问，对用户参与洲际酒店休闲项目的参与度与满意度进行了分析，发现酒店在产品差异化、服务管理及用户体验方面存在着诸多不足。基于此，本文针对具体问题提出了相关建议，以期为千岛湖羡山半岛洲际酒店休闲运动的良性发展提供一定的参考性意见。88409

Abstract Today, leisure resort hot, resort hotel in this era of better development can not just meet the tourists eat and wait the most traditional consumption。 Leisure activities, the new leisure can survive in the hotel competition industry to survive。 From a single sightseeing tour to a leisure vacation tour, the hotel in the management to adapt to the new tourism industry is the inevitable trend of development。 This paper analyzes the participation degree and satisfaction degree of the users' participation in the intercontinental hotel leisurely leisure survey, and uses the questionnaire survey and field visit to find out the differences in product differentiation, service management and user experience。 There are many deficiencies。 Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the specific problems, in order to provide some reference for the healthy development of the leisurely sports of the InterContinental Hotel。
