对武术散打竞赛中直线腿法的调查以散打天下65公斤级比赛为例

摘要武术散打比赛中进攻得分的方式有拳、腿、摔。直线腿法距离远，力量大。直线腿法和鞭腿都是比赛中进攻的有效手段。但鞭腿的使用情况远远高于直线腿法。运动员在比赛中还是将鞭腿作为主要的进攻得分方式。为什么同样作为散打技术中的其中一种，使用率会偏向一方。使得我国散打运动员进攻技术过于单一。这是一个值得深思的问题。

文章运用录像观察法。文献资料法、数据统计法等研究方法，对 2016 年中国的散打职业联赛——《散打天下》65 公斤级别所有参赛选手在场上的直线腿法使用情况为研究对象进行研究。结果显示：(1)鞭腿使用远远高于直线腿法(2)直线腿法使用失误率低于鞭腿。(3) 平均每场胜方与负方直线腿法使用频率相同，但是成功率胜方高于负方（4）平均每场胜方负方直线腿法使用频率都明显少于鞭腿。负方直线腿法有效率差。根据调查结果，提出以下几点建议：（1）教练员从最基本的平常训练抓起，培养运动员技战术多样化。（2）技术动作质量提高和实战运用相结。（3）注重运动员技术专项力量的训练。（4）运动员由量的积累而产生质的变化。提高对距离感的把控，出腿时机的把控。积极敢于出动作。（5）运动员在赛场上具备良好心理素质，积极心态面对比赛。（6）在比赛场上提高直线腿法使用频率。使技战术多样化。89153

abstract The offensive scoring methods of Wushu Sanda Competition are boxing, leg, wrestling。 Straight leg method is distance and powerful。 Straight leg method and whip legs are effective means of attacking in the game。 But the frequency of the use of whip legs is much higher than the straight leg method。 The athlete takes the whip legs as the main score in the game。 Both of them are one way of Sanda technology, but the utilization rate will tend to whip legs。 Eventually leading to the way of offensive technology by our Sanda athletes is too single。 This is a question worth pondering。
