摘 要在科学技术占据人们生活重要地位的21世纪，我国人们的生活水平和生活质量都得到了很大的改善。除去工作时间，一年也有三分之一的时间在休假，这给在工作岗位上和居家的老年人提供了充足的休闲健身的时间。老年人拥有较多的闲暇时间，对于休闲健身的需求也日益增长。目前我国城镇社区休闲健身设施建设,要比大城市的落后很多,已经无满足城镇老年人日益增长的休闲需求。休闲健身已成为老年生活的重要部分，因此丰富的休闲健身活动对提高老年生活的质量有重要影响。89226
本文以小城镇为例，划分休闲健身设施的类型，分析永发社区的休闲设施的供给情况，以伯列绍的表达性需求和规范性需求为主阐述永发社区老年人的休闲健身设施需求，通过需求与供给的相比较发现城镇社区老年人休闲健身设施存在的矛盾，最后从社区、政府和社会三个层面来提出缓解社区老年休闲健身设施供需矛盾的措施。

Abstract In science and technology occupy an important position in people's lives in twenty-first Century, our people's living standards and quality of life has been greatly improved。Aside from working hours, 1/3 of the time of the year is on vacation, which provides plenty of time for leisure and fitness at work and at home。Old people have more leisure time, leisure and fitness for the growing demand, China's urban community leisure fitness facilities, than the big city behind many, has not meet the growing demand of the urban elderly leisure。Leisure fitness has become an important part of the elderly life, so a wealth of leisure fitness activities to improve the quality of life of the elderly have an important impact。
In this small town as an example, the types of leisure and fitness facilities, supply of community leisure facilities of the wing, the expression of J。Bradshaw requirements and specifications of demand based on Yongfa community elderly leisure and fitness facilities, through the supply and demand contradiction that compared with the urban community elderly leisure and fitness facilities。 Finally, from the three aspects of community, government and society to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of community elderly leisure fitness facilities。
