摘要：课外体育活动是学校体育的重要组成部分，是发展学生身体，提升体育教师专业特长，丰富校园文化生活，培养学生终身体育、意识和能力的第二体育课堂。所谓的课后体育锻炼，就是学生通过合理的安排闲暇时间，运用各种锻炼方法与手段，并与相应的防护措施相结合，有持续性的进行全方面的身体素质练习，以实现学生体质的增强，养成良好的体院锻炼的习惯，调节人的精神及促进学生各个方面协调发展的目的。本文通过问卷调查法和数据统计等方法，对淮安市清江中学高中生的课外体育活参与情况进行了详细调查，通过调查发现，多数学生能充分认识到课外体育活动对于身体健康的重要性，也比较乐意参与其中，而影响学生参与活动的动机也是多种多样的，另外，性别的不同也决定了他们喜爱的活动方式的差异性。对于高中生的参与课外体育活动的现状，给予了一些对策90708
