摘要： 2008年奥运会在我国举办后，篮球运动在我国群众中有着广泛的基础，我国人口众多，但在篮球这个团队项目上，近几年的发展一直得不到提高，篮球运动的主要群体是青少年，中国篮球未来的发展需要从青少年中去培养。为了国家储备高水平篮球后备人才，着重培养和挖掘中学生篮球的后备人才首当其冲。94298
本文采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法，对常州市区9所学校中学生在课余时间篮球训练情况进行了调查研究。结果表明：9所学校中学生热爱篮球运动，课外篮球活动也非常广泛，学校注重培养校队，并每年举办2次篮球校园友谊赛，争夺名次，校领导比较重视，学校教练员年轻化，专业化。但中学生篮球基础差别较大，在课余训练中存在许多问题，希冀本研究结果可以引起相关领导重视，提高常州市中学生篮球训练水平。
