摘 要：近年来随着我国加大对足球后备力量的培养和支持，尤其是中小学生校园足球的普及和推广为国家储备了足球后备军。为了了解淮安市中小学生足球布点学校校园足球开展现状，本文选用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、访谈法等研究方法，对淮安市中小学足球布点学校基本情况、教学现状、师资力量、参培情况、学生参与进行探究和建议，得出如下结论：淮安市中小学足球布点学校对校园足球的开展越来越重视，学校场地设施配备成为其主要问题，校园足球参与人数日益增多的情况，现有的足球场地人均占有面积逐渐降低，这对校园足球的开展十分不利。淮安市中小学足球课开课情况还不完善，学校足球兴趣班，足球校队训练课时的力度都有些不足，校内和校际的交流赛相对比较充足。
淮安市中小学足球师资队伍现状还存在着一系列的问题，师资数量不足，足球教师主要来源于本科生体育非足球专项教练员专业技能不足、经验不足、等情况不理想。从整体来看，淮安市中小学体育教师参加培训情况较好，教师进修频率高，校方也鼓励教师多参加培训，这对校园足球门发展起到推进作用。大部分学生是为了应付学校课程工作，真正喜欢足球的人不多，学校没有使大部分学生认识体会到足球的乐趣，会影响学生参与体育运动的积极性，从而影响校园足球的开展。94299
