常州市初中学生体育大课间活动开展现状调查及分析

摘要：随着生活水平的不断提高，人们的健康水平也逐渐得到重视，中小学生在享受良好生活条件的同时,随之面临的则是身体素质的下降、肥胖率增高等等一些不利于学生健康成长的棘手问题。为进一步贯彻落实《中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》(中发〔2007〕7号)和《教育部关于印发切实保证中小学生每天一小时校园体育活动的规定的通知》(教体艺2号)精神，各学者专家深刻探究了如何更好更全面的开展实施体育大课间活动。在此背景下,本论文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对常州市初中学生体育大课间活动开展现状进行调查,并提出科学有效的指导策略,为常州市钟楼区四所学校初中学生体育大课间活动的进一步实施提供科学的理论依据。调查结果显示:常州市钟楼区四所学校所属的四所初中学生对参加体育大课间活动富有积极的态度与正确的认知，学校能够积极科学的组织学生参加体育大课间活动。同时，各学校都存在着场地器材无法满足学生需求的问题，导致部分学生对体育大课间活动的兴趣日益消退，锻炼时间逐渐减少，校领导在发现问题后积极寻求解决方案，确保体育大课间活动达到更好的效果。95081
