摘要：运用文献资料、统计分析、问卷调查等方法, 对师范学院学生参与课余体育活动的现状进行了调查与研究。结果显示, 师范学院大学生参加课余体育运动的人数很多，但是学生每周参与课余活动的次数，频度，以及运动强度都不能满足国家对大学生课余体育运动的要求。相应地提出：严格学校体育考核制度，定期举行体育比赛，激发学生对体育课参与的动机，同时提高课余体育活动组织管理水平。33773

Abstract: using the methods such as literature, statistical analysis, questionnaire investigation, of normal college students to participate in the investigation and research on the current situation of extracurricular sports activities. The results showed that the number of normal college students to participate in extracurricular sports a lot, but the number of students to participate in extracurricular activities each week, frequency, and exercise intensity can meet the requirements of the state of college students after school sports. Accordingly put forward: strict school sports appraisal system, holds regular sports, stimulates the student to the physical education participation motive, at the same time, improve the level of extracurricular sports organization and management.

引言
近几年针对当前大学生身体健康状况下滑的趋势，国家在出台《国家学生体质健康标准》之后相继又开展了阳光体育运动，冬季长跑活动，以及2014年共青团中央、教育部、国家体育总局、全国学联开展大学生“走下网络、走出宿舍、走向操场”的三走活动，都是为了全面改善大学生身体健康状况而推出系列措施。课余体育是指学生在课余时间里，运用各种方法对身体进行锻炼，以发展身体素质、增强体质、活跃身心、提高运动技术水平和丰富业余文化生活为目的而进行的体育活动。它主要包括早操、课间操、班级体育活动、课余训练、课余竞赛以及校外体育、家庭体育等多种组织形式和内容。课余体育是学校体育不可缺失的一部分，对学校体育目标的实现具有重要的促进作用，通过对师范学院学生课余体育活动调查，能够清楚了解师范学院学生课余体育锻炼情况，发现课余锻炼存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出有效建议，促进师范学院学生课余体育活动的发展。

以师范学院全日制学生为研究对象。

1.2.1问卷调查法
根据研究目的与研究内容，“设计师范学院在校大学生课余运动情况调查问卷”，采用随机发放和现场填答的形式，发放问卷400份，回收390 份，有效问卷为386份，有效率为96.5％。
1.2.2数据统计法
用Microsoft Excel2013数据统计分析软件对收集来的有效问卷进行分析与整理。
