摘要社会在进步在发展，现今的青少年都在比较优越的环境中生活成长，团队合作意识比较薄弱，所以青少年的团队合作意识亟待加强。

    排球是一项经典的团队合作运动项目，具有集体性、配合性的特点。排球运动中合作的现象随处可见，如：比赛方式、排球活动等都与合作密切相关，排球运动中不管是位置、配合、分工都与一个小的集团模式十分相视。中学生通过学习与应用排球的技术、战术能很好的培养团队合作意识，当今是一个竞争与合作的社会，不仅需要竞争意识，还需要有合作精神。不管是现在还是未来人类面临的挑战已经远远超出个人、地区、国家的范畴，团队合作是社会发展的必然社会现象。所有通过中学排球培养学生的团队合作意识非常具有可行性和必要性。62381

    本文通过文献资料、访谈等方法，对通过中学排球如何培养中学生团队合作意识的相关问题研究，促进现代排球运动的发展，培养中学生团队合作意识，以及全面的执行《中学体育教学大纲》具有一定的理论指导意义。

    在中学排球教学中要使三大目标并重，不能只注重知识与技能的培养，而忽视意志品质的培养，教师要寓教于乐，通过热身游戏、比赛、合作学习等方式提高学生的学习兴趣，在教学中要注意传统与合作想结合的教学模式，达到培养学生团队合作意识的目的，为中学生的长期教育打下基础。

All through high school volleyball training students' team cooperation consciousness is very has the feasibility and necessity.

  By methods of literature, interview, through middle school volleyball related questions of how to cultivate middle school students' team cooperation consciousness, promote the development of the modern volleyball training middle school students' team cooperation consciousness, as well as the comprehensive implementation "the middle school sports teaching outline" has a certain theoretical guiding significance.
