摘要：本研究主要采用问卷调查法、访谈法和文献法，对学院大学生排球运动开展现状进行调查研究。结果显示：学院大学生排球运动开展现状调查情况不太乐观。影响学院大学生排球运动开展的因素有：学生对排球的兴趣、学习排球的动机和对排球教师教学态度；排球课教学内容比较单一；排球场地器材缺乏；课外活动组织少、排球运动形式单一、频率低、缺乏专业教师的指导。针对以上存在的问题，为学院排球运动的更好开展提出相应的建议。83624

Investigation on the Current Situation of College Students Volleyball Movement in Normal University
Abstract: This study used a questionnaire survey method, interview method and literature method, of teachers college volleyball movement development present situation investigation and study。 The results showed that Teachers College Students Volleyball to carry out investigation of the status quo is not too optimistic。 Effect of teachers college volleyball movement development factors: the interest of students in volleyball, learning motivation of volleyball and volleyball teachers teaching attitude; volleyball teaching content is single; volleyball lack of venues and equipment; organizing extracurricular activities, the volleyball movement in the form of a single, low frequency, lack of the guidance of professional teachers。 For the above problems, Normal University volleyball better to make recommendations accordingly。

引言
法国思想家伏尔泰曾说：“生命在于运动”，排球运动深受广大人民的喜欢。排球是三大球之一，但是排球运动的开展现状是不容乐观的，在学校参与排球运动的人和篮球、足球、羽毛球等活动相比相差很多。在俱乐部，运动场等参加排球运动的人数也很少。在国家重视体育发展。重视全民素质的背景下，排球运动作为体育项目之一，应当发挥排球运动独特的功能，排球运动是体育运动中重要的组成部分，对于锻炼学生的身体，增强学生的体质，丰富学生的大学生活，具有重要的作用[1]。为了使排球运动在各高校更好的发展，因此，本研究以学院为例，调查研究大学生排球运动开展现状，为学院更好的开展排球运动提出更宝贵的对策及建议。论文网
