C++气象传真图等值线研究

摘要近几年来，我国的气象事业实现了高速发展，气象传真业务得到了越来越多的关注，我国对气象业务的准确性、快速性、安全性也提出了更高的要求。气象业务也在逐渐完善，基本实现以传真业务的自动化工作方式。
    气象传真图不仅在气象领域有重要的作用，也在军事、航海、商务方面发挥作用。如今的气息传真图大多与计算机数字图像处理技术相结合，比起以往的手动机械采样方式，具有更快更准确的特点，并且具体一定的分析能力，可以配合其他系统，达到系统的功能完善，获得越来越多的领域重视。25420
    本论文通过计算机数据采样与数字图像信息处理为基础，结合一定量的分析与实验，对气象传真图进行简单处理，筛选出等值线，对气象图中等值线与等值线内插追踪方法，通过C++编译程序进行实验研究，并通过一些简单的图像处理软件如surfer进行内插等值线绘图。主要成果如下：
     （1）从初始的气象传真图中用底图匹配的方法进行预处理，去除经纬线与图像中的文字符号等信息，进行预处理工作。
     （2）对预处理的等值线进行细化处理，去除噪声修复断线，对筛选后的等值线进行数据采样，对特征点进行着重提取，作位图处理。
     （3）用等值线追踪算法，通过C++编译程序对已知数据进行规则网格计算，估测内插等值点数据
     （4）通过多次数据采样获得大量数据点，进行筛选采样和数据压缩，用surfer软件进行数据点绘图。

And has certain analysis ability, can cooperate with other systems, to achieve the function of the system perfect, It has received more and more attention to the field of Meteorology.
This paper through computer data sampling and digital image information processing based on, With a certain amount of analysis and experiment, a simple treatment of meteorological facsimile chart, Screening the contour tracing method of contour interpolation, and isoline of weather map,do some experiment with the C++ compiler. And through some simple image processing software such as surfer interpolation of contour drawing. The main results are as follows:
