摘要随着微波器件的不断发展,微波滤波器作为现代通信、测量、雷达系统中最广泛使用的元器件也得到飞速的发展。按照滤波器滤波功能分成腔体滤波器、波导滤波器、微带线滤波器、带状线滤波器和同轴线滤波器等。其中,应用最为广泛的是微带滤波器。微带低通滤波器作为微带滤波器的一种,它尺寸小、性能高、设计周期很短并且易集成、易加工制作。此外,伴随着计算机技术和电磁场数值计算的不断进步,一些电磁仿真软件的相继出现大大降低了设计电路的计算难度。目前,微波射频领域的主要电子设计自动化(EDA)有安捷伦(Agilent)公司的Ansoft HFSS等。巴特沃兹滤波器和切比雪夫滤波器作为两种类型的滤波器。本文将基于HFSS软件的仿真对它们进行分析比较。本文还将分析比较不同阶数的巴特沃兹微带低通滤波器。26747

Title Microstrip low-pass filter design based on HFSS
Abstract
With the continuous development of microwave components, microwave filter develops rapidly,which is indebted to the widely use in modern communications , measurement, radar system and so on. The filter is pided into cavity filters, waveguide filters, microstrip filters, stripline filters and coaxial filters according to the filtering functions. Among them, the most widely used is the microstrip filter. Microstrip low-pass filter is superior in small size, high performance,short design cycle,and easy to integrate and manufacture. In addition, along with the continuous advances in computer technology and electromagnetic field numerical calculation, a number of electromagnetic simulation software have emerged, greatly reducing the computational difficulty of circuit design. At present, the major electronic design automation microwave radio fields (EDA) is Ansoft HFSS of Agilent company and so on. Butterworth filter and the Chebyshev filter are two types of filter. Paper will analyze and compare them based on HFSS software.Then we will also analyze the difference between different orders of Butterworth microstrip low-pass filter.
