LED照明行业发展了不到10年,就已经有了巨大的成就,LED球泡灯、面板灯、管装灯条都已经投入了使用中。LED灯主要是利用pn结之间的能量的转换来达到发光的目的,因此LED更加节能,环保。通过蓝光激发黄色荧光粉使LED发出白光,光效可达120流明,其光的单色性好。LED的平均使用寿命可达到100,000小时,大大降低灯具文护换新成本。Led灯还可以集成化一体化来实现大功率的LED灯具。LED的这些优点使得LED在重大照明场合成为主要照明灯具。
本课题主要针对LED侧入式平板灯的照度均匀性以及亮度色温的测试进行研究,并利用软件模拟出LED平板灯以及平板灯的照度的分布及均匀性。本文将介绍平板灯的原理以及其主要部件的工作原理设计要点,利用proe三文造型软件设计出LED平板灯的模型,再使用tracepro光学设计软件模拟仿真LED平板灯的照度、亮度。还要对三种不同功率、芯片数量、灯条排布的LED平板灯进行亮度、照度、色温的测试,并且计算亮度照度的均匀性。照度的实验结果还将与仿真的结果进行比较。
