摘要随着滚动直线导轨的快速发展,厂家对滚道直线导轨副的综合性能和运动精度的要求也越来越高,滚动直线滑块作为滚动直线导轨副的一个构件,它的端面几何精度对导轨副的运动精度有着重要的影响。本论文重点研究基于非接触式检测技术,对于已经加工好的滑块进行滚道的廓形测量,提高滑块的检测效率。43293

本论文首先对滑块滚道型面廓形的测量方案进行了研究,选择了适当的传感器-光谱共焦式传感器IFS 2402/90-10,设计并加工了配套的传感器夹具,完成了滚动直线导轨副滑块滚道检测装置的测控系统的搭建,基于Visual Basic完成了配套软件的编写,可实现滑块滚道廓形的快速测量,后期完成了实验数据的分析处理和拟合,可生成相应的滚道的廓形图。通过检测滑块滚道的廓形,可验证其加工是否达到所需要求。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the rolling linear guide ,the requirements of the comprehensive performance and accuracy are getting higher and higher.As a component of the rolling linear guide rail pair,rolling linear slider end face geometric accuracy has a important influence on the movement precision of the guide rail pair .For sliders have been processed to roll the profile measurement ,the focus of this article is to study how to improve the detection efficiency of the slider based on non-contact detection technology.

This paper firstly study the measurement scheme on the slide roll road surface profile, and choosing the appropriate sensor spectral con-focal sensor-IFS 2402/90-10, then designing and processing the complementary sensor fixture, finishing the building of the control device of rolling linear guide rail side slider roll detection , completing the supporting software programmed slider rolling road profile of rapid measurement based on Visual Basic, the later completing the experimental data processing and analysis of the fitting, can generate corresponding roller road profile graph. By detecting the slider rolling road profile, the software can verify its processing whether reach the requirement.
