温湿度采集在工业生产,科学研究,农业生产,医疗等领域有着广泛的应用。通常的温湿度采集系统使用热敏电阻测量温度,通过干球温度和湿球温度测算相对湿度。随着半导体技术的发展,智能化温湿度传感器得到普及。本文设计了一种采用 32 位 ARM 微控制器为平台构建的智能化温湿度采集系统。 湿度采集系统的硬件部分采用ARM Cortex-m0 微控制器,采用 SHT11 传感器测量湿度,采用 DS18B20传感器测量温度,通过 RS485接口将数据实时传回计算机。根据系统设计要求,软件部分包含主程序,湿度采集程序,温度采集程序以及接口通讯程序。软件部分采用 C语言编程,整体框架简洁,思路明确,能够较好的实现系统功能。 本文设计的数据采集系统,处理速度快,精度高,可以达到技术指标要求。可以预见,采用半导体传感器的温湿度测量系统必将得到越来越广泛的应用。59683

Title Digital Temperature and Humidity Data Acquisition System Abstract Temperature and humidity acquisition is widely used in industry, scientific research, agricultural, medical and other fields. The traditional temperature and humidity acquisition System uses a thermal resistance to measure temperature, through the dry- ball temperature and the wet-ball temperature measure relative humidity. With the development of semiconductor technology, intelligent temperature and humidity sensor gained popularity. This paper designed a kind of temperature and humidity acquisition system adopted by ARM. The system's hardware part uses ARM Cortex-m0 micro-controller, uses the SHT11 sensor measure humidity, using DS18B20 sensor measure temperature, send data to the computer by RS485 interface in time. According to the requirements, the software part contains the main program, humidity collection procedures, temperature acquisition procedures, as well interface communication procedures. Software part adopts C language programming, overall framework of the concise and clear ideas, and meet the design requirements. The system showed in this paper is a high accuracy and high performance system; meet all of the design requirements. We can see the measurement systems that use semiconductor sensors will be more and more widespread in the future.
