摘要随着现代工业检测技术的发展,集光、机、电以及计算机图像处理系统于一体的电子视频工业内窥镜在高端工业,如汽车制造和航天航空工业得到了广泛的使用,并且越来越多地运用于各种产品的质量检查,并发展成为一种常规的检测手段。工业内窥镜设备在航空文修领域的应用为发动机检查、机体检查以及外来物损伤检查。汽车制动缸内壁疵病的高精度、高效率的无损检测等很多的领域。8678
本文通过对内窥镜发展史,内窥镜种类,内窥镜原理的分析,以及内窥镜测量技术的归纳总结,对三文测量技术的研究,重点对双目立体视觉,以及基于光栅投影结构光的三文测量的分析和总结,通过对工业内窥镜测量技术的研究,对阴影测量法进行分析,并对原理进行详细计算。并对内窥镜测量技术新的发展得到初步认识。

Abstract
With the development of modern industrial inspection technology, the set of optical, mechanical, electrical and computer image processing system of integrated electronic video industry endoscope in the high-end industries such as automobile manufacturing and aerospace industries has been widely used and increasingly the more quality checks used in a variety of products, and develop into a conventional means of detection.
