摘要随着无线通信技术的不断发展,无线传感网络逐渐成为人们关注的研究领域。而对无线传感网络MAC协议的研究已经成为该领域中的热点问题。在查阅大量资料,研究国内外的发展现状后,完成了以下工作:64586
(1)分析了标准无线网络通信协议802.11中MAC协议的工作机制;
(2)按照802.11中MAC协议的体系结构设计了能实现简单数据收发的简化MAC协议;
(3) 在仿真平台NS2上实现了简化MAC协议;
(4)设置通信场景,利用这些场景进行简单MAC协议的仿真。
仿真结果表明,在相同的场景下802.11MAC协议的吞吐量比简化MAC协议吞吐量小得多。这是由于简化MAC协议减少了多个操作。因此,简化MAC协议的仿真工作对于如何提高系统吞吐量有一定的意义。

Title The Design and Simulation of A Simplified MAC Protocol in Wireless Sensor Networks
Abstract
With the development of wireless communication technology,wireless sensor networks have become a research focus. And the study of MAC protocol has become a hotspot for research.Based on the impressive research and survey on the development of MAC protocol for wireless sensor networks,the study of this dissertation was focused on:
(1)the working mechanism of MAC protocol based on a standard communication protocol for wireless networks called 802.11 has been analysed;
(2)With the purpose of sending and receiving data, a simplified MAC protocol based on the the architecture of MAC protocol in 802.11 was proposed;
(3)A simplified MAC protocol was achieved on the NS2 simulation platform;
(4)A simulation of a simplified MAC protocol was realized in some setted communication scenario.
The simulation results indicate that in the same communication scenario, throughput capacity of MAC protocol in 802.11 is higher than in the simplified MAC protocol.That is mainly because the simplified MAC protocol reduces many operations.Thus,in order to increase throughput capacity, it is of certain significance to make simulations of simplified MAC protocol.
