摘要在毫米波技术的发展与应用中,毫米波单片集成电路(MMIC)已经有了广泛的应用,微带传输线成为制作毫米波集成电路的重要传输线。而波导仍被广泛应用于许多部件中。因此波导到微带的转换已成为人们日益关注的话题。64877
本课题主要针对波导到微带的过渡结构的基本形式做了系统的介绍,对过渡结构的工作原理进行了详细的论述。提出了在Ka波段的三种过渡结构:E面结构矩形波导-微带探针-微带过渡结构,改进的E面结构矩形波导-微带探针-微带过渡结构,圆波导-同轴探针-微带过渡结构。并利用HFSS进行仿真分析,达到了插入损耗,回波损耗,驻波比等指标要求,希望能够提出合理化有实际应用的技术参考。

Title Research on Ka-band waveguide to microstrip transition circuit
Abstract In the development and application of millimeter-wave technology, the millimeter-wave monolithic integrated circuits (MMIC) has been widely used, making millimeter-wave microstrip transmission line to become a major integrated circuit transmission line. The waveguide is still widely used in many parts. Therefore waveguide to microstrip transition has become increasingly concerned about the public.
This project focused on the systematic introduction of the basic form of waveguide to microstrip transition structure and detailed discussion to the working principle of transition structure. Raised three transition structure in Ka-band: a E-plane rectangular waveguide–microstrip probe -microstrip transition structure, an improvement of the E-plane rectangular waveguide–microstrip probe-microstrip transition structure, a circular waveguide-coaxial probe-microstrip transition structure. And using HFSS to simulate and analysis to reach insertion loss, return loss and VSWR index requirements, hoping to provide reasonable technical reference for practical applications.
