摘要在发电机组、伺服电机等工业控制现场,许多控制对象都需要模拟量设定,尤其,在主控操作单元与执行机构相距较远的工况下,对信号的驱动、抗干扰等性能有较高的要求,传统的数字电位器在这些方面都无法满足要求,故需开发大功率数字电压调整模块。本课题设计的大功率数字电压调整模块根据输入的开关量信号输出电压幅值,适用于需数字电压调整的工控场合,尤其适用于发电机组并车控制,发动机转速及电机电压的调整。采用单片机作为主控单元,控制输入处理电路、数模转换芯片和看门狗芯片,可根据需要的模拟量,对数字量进行调整。除此之外,本设计还具有初始设置功能,对各数据量的初始值、最大值、最小值及调整率均可进行设置。64889

Title The Design of High-power Digital Voltage Regulation
Module Based on SCM
Abstract
In the occasions of industrial control,such as the dynamotors and the relays,many objects need to be controlled by analog setting.In particular when the control units are further away from the implementing agencies,many properties need high requirements,such as the driver of the signal and the anti-jamming performance.The traditional digital potentiometers in these areas are unable to meet the above demand.So we need to develop high-power digital voltage regulation module.The subject of high-power digital design voltage regulation module is based on the importing signals of the switches and it can output voltage value.The module can be used in the occasions where digital voltage needs to be adjusted,especially in controlling the dynamotors and adjusting the rotation rate and the voltage of the engine.SCM here is used as a main control unit to control the circuit of input processing,the DAC chip and the watchdog chip.According to the needs of analog value,it can adjust digital data.In addition,the design has the function of data setting.The initial value,maximum,minimum and adjusted rate of the data can be set.
