摘要:城市交通体系是城市最主要的基础设施之一、是城市发展现划和城市增长的基本要素,是城市人流、物流、信息流的载体,是城市经济活动的命脉。城市经济社会活动要求城市交通体系能够安全、快捷、方便、舒适、经济地满足城市人流、物流、信息流的需求,现代城市的商品生产、流通、消费,居民出行,信息载体传递与交流都离不开城市交通体系,城市的一切经济社会活动都必须有现代城市交通体系予以支持和保障。因此,城市交通体系的良性循环对实现城市功能,促进城市经济和社会的发展发挥着重要作用。
而对城市轨道交通来说,供电系统可以说是其安全平稳运行的命脉。轨道交通供电系统主要包括主变电所、牵引变电所、降压变电所、系统中压电缆线路、直流接触网、电力监控设备(PSCADA)等子系统。在地铁供电系统中,牵引供电系统由于直接给列车提供动力,占据着举足轻重的地位。该系统的好坏直接影响整个地铁供电系统质量的高低。如果该系统出现问题,小则影响某个变电站、几个供电区间的输送电,大则引起整个牵引供电系统的崩溃,给地铁列车的正常运营造成影响。8835
本文以技术学院轨道交通牵引供电综合实训系统的建设实际出发,简述了城市轨道交通供电系统的构成,重点介绍了牵引变电所的系统构成、控制保护单元、当地监控系统、故障模拟系统。主要用于帮助学生理解和掌握轨道交通牵引供电系统一次设备以及继电保护、控制、测量、信号等自动化设备的工作原理、功能使用、操作文护、故障排查等实用技术,同时也可用于对现场运行管理人员的培训。

Integrated Design of Urban Rail Substation
ABSTRACT:The traffic system, one of the most basic establishments in the city, one of the most basic factors for the programming and increasing of the city, the carrier for exchange of people, goods and information, plays the part as the life line for the city’s economic activities. The city’s economic activities require that the traffic system can safely, swiftly, conveniently, economically satisfy the needs for the flowing of people, goods, and information of the city, which live on the traffic systems of the city. All the economic activities must be supported and guaranteed by the city’s traffic systems. So the system’s good circulation plays an important part for achieving the city’s function, enhancing the economy and development of the society.
For the urban rail traffic, the power supplying system is the life line for its safe steady running. The power supplying system includes the main transformer substation, Traction power station, Step-down power station, medium voltage circuitry, PSCADA and so on.Among the underground trains’ power supply system, the draught power supply system give the train power directly. It is the most important. It directly influences the quality of the whole system’s work. If there are some small problems, it may have influence on the interaction of transformation of power among the power supply zones. And the serious problems may cause the breakdown of the whole draught power supply system, having bad influences on the normal run of the underground train.
This paper, taking Shanghai rail transit traction power supply integrated application technology college training system construction, composition of urban rail transit power supply system were described, and mainly introduces the system structure of the traction substation, control protection unit, local monitoring and control system, fault simulation system.
