摘要近年来,基片集成波导结构(SIW)在微波毫米波领域得到越来越广泛的关注。SIW 是一种新型导波结构,在具有小型化、易集成、低成本等特点的同时又保持 了传统波导结构低插损、高功率容量等特点。本文主要研究基于 SIW 结构的缝隙天线阵列设计。通过在 SIW 顶面宽边开缝, 使其能够对外辐射电磁能量。本文先对 SIW 的发展历程、研究现状以及天线阵列 设计的一些基础知识进行介绍,接着阐述了 SIW 驻波线极化缝隙天线阵列相关理 论:包括单缝电参数的提取以及 Elliott 迭代算法的调用,设计了 X 波段 SIW 线极 化缝隙阵、W 波段空气填充矩形标波缝隙阵列、W 波段 SIW 线极化缝隙阵列。68443
同时,本文还介绍了 SIW 行波圆极化缝隙阵列相关内容:包括不同圆极化单 元的比较以及圆极化单元的分析,合理简化综合算法并设计了 Ku 波段、W 波段

Title Design of Substrate Integrated Waveguide Slot Array Antennas
Abstract
In recent years, the substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) has got more and more attention in the field of microwave and millimeter wave. SIW is a kind of new guide wave structure with low insertion loss and high Q value, this thesis presented the investigation of SIW slot antenna array.
In this thesis, firstly ,we introduce some of the basic theory of SIW antenna design. For radiating electromagnetic energy, slots are etched at suitable position on the top-wall of SIW, which results in high efficient performance. Secondly, we deduce the theory about linear polarization slot antenna array,which include extraction of single slot electrical parameters and the procedure of the Elliott iterative algorithm. We also simulate X-band SIW linear polarization slot antenna array, W-band air-filled standard rectangular waveguide slot antenna array, W-band SIW linear polarization slot antenna array. Then, we deduce theory about circular polarization slot antenna array,including comparing several different structures of circular polarized element and analysis of circular polarized element. We also simplify complexity of the synthesis algorithm. Furthermore, the simulation and design of Ku-band and W-band SIW traveling wave circular polarization slot antenna array are also given in this thesis.
