摘要在显微视觉系统,常常遇到由于显微图像景深的限制导致观测误差的问题:显微图 像在获取过程中,由于聚焦面不同的因素导致图像的细节成分很难在一幅图像中同时显 示出来,从而影响了图像视觉效果和后期的进一步处理和分析。这是因为在显微镜成像 过程中,低倍显微镜工作距离越长,景深越大,而由于显微镜物镜的焦深范围较小,随 着显微镜倍率的增大与光圈的增加,景深会相应地减小。74302
为解决这一问题,本论文主要研究采用小波变换的算法及融合规则来提高显微图像 景深。首先,对显微图像融合的相关理论进行了简单的介绍;在此基础上开展对小波变 换的研究,包括小波变换的基本步骤、分解与重构算法、小波基函数以及融合规则;最 后进行实验仿真,并对实验结果进行分析。

Title Study on Improving Depth of Microscopic Image Based on Image Fusion
Abstract In microscopic visual system, often face due to restrictions of the microscopic image depth of field observation error problem: the microscopic image during the process of obtaining, the focal plane image detail components displayed difficultly in an image at the same time due to different factors, which affected the image visual effect or further processing and analysis of late。 This is because in the process of microscopic imaging, the longer the low power microscope working distance, the greater the depth of field, and as a result of the microscope objective lens focal depth range is small, with the increase of microscope ratio and the aperture, the depth of field will decrease accordingly。
To solve this problem, this thesis mainly studies using the fusion rules and the algorithm of wavelet transform to improve the microscopic image depth of field。 Firstly, related theory of microscopic image fusion has carried on the simple introduction; On the basis of conducting the study of wavelet transform, including the basic step of wavelet transform, the algorithms of decomposition and reconstruction, wavelet basis function and fusion rule; Finally, testing the wavelet transform and analyzing the result。
