摘要滤波器作为现代无线通信的重要器件,其设计也被赋予了重要意的义和价值。现代 无线通信的迅猛发展使得频率资源日益紧张,而滤波器作为选频器件的一种,其性能的好 坏对整个通信系统的通信质量有着重要影响。在滤波器的设计中,除了满足带宽需求, 还对低损耗、小型化、高抑制、高选择性等性能提出一定要求。本文基于双谐振器原理, 利用开/短路耦合线,设计了两个窄带带通滤波器。对于第一个滤波器,利用开/短路耦合 线,产生的三个传输零点可以很好的实现对二次谐波的抑制效果。为了进一步缩小电路 尺寸,并提高上阻带的抑制度,在第二个上阻带具有六个传输零点的窄带滤波器中,使 用了不相等的开路短截线和传输线。当特征阻抗的比值固定时,位于通带两端的传输零 点可以通过改变开/ 短路短截线的电长度进行调节。理论与测量的高度一致性,表明了 该滤波器优良的带内滤波特性与高选择性。76103

Title Design and analysis of high selectivity bandpass filter based on dual-behavior resonators。
AbstractAs an important component of modern wireless communication, the design of bandpass filter has been given importance and value。 The modern wireless communication develops so rapidly that the frequency resources are increasingly strained。 As a frequency selection component, the filter has an important impact on the communication quality of the communication system。 In the design of bandpass filter, not only to meet the bandwidth demands, but also meet some certain performance requirements such as low-loss, small size, high rejection, high selectivity 。 In this paper, we introduce high selectivity narrow-band bandpass filter which is based on Dual-Behavior Resonator。 By utilizing the stopband transmission characteristic of the open/shorted coupled lines, three transmission zeros can be easily achieved to suppress the second harmonic for the first bandpass filter。 To further reduce the circuit size of the first filter, unequal open stubs and transmission lines are used for the second bandpass filter with six transmission zeros in the upper stopband。 The transmission zeros near the passband can be adjusted conveniently by only changing the electrical length of the open/shorted stubs when the ratio of characteristic impedance is fixed。 Good agreements are observed for the theoretical and measured results, indicating good in-band filtering performances and high selectivity。
