摘要频率综合器是利用频率合成技术产生各种信号的电子设备,是现代无线电系统中一个重要的组成部分,由于其性能很大程度上决定了电子系统性能的优劣,这使得其在雷达、通信技术、空间电子系统等众多领域都至关重要。在信息化时代背景下,随着通信技术与电子技术的不断进步,对高性能频率综合器的需求日益增加,如何实现可投入生产的低相位噪声、低杂散、捷变频、高频率分辨率、宽带和小型化的频率综合器已成为各国工程师们研究的目标。
本文尝试采用小数分频锁相环合成方法来设计一个X波段宽带频率综合器,使用 ADI公司生产的PLL芯片ADF4159,并结合ADI公司的软件ADIsimPLL进行设计与仿真。输出频率范围在8~10GHz,相位噪声优于-85dBc/Hz@1kHz,要求输出功率在10dBm左右。78591

Title The design of X-band frequency synthesizer with broadband
Abstract Frequency synthesizer is the electronic equipment using frequency synthesis technique to produce a variety of signals。 Frequency synthesizer is an important part of the modern radio system, and it’s very critical in many fields, such as radar, communication technology, space electronic system and so on because of its performance greatly determines the performance of the electronic system。 Under the background of the information age, the demand for high performance frequency synthesizer is increasing with the progress of communication technology and electronic technology。 How to realize the frequency synthesizer which has the characteristics of low phase noise, low spurious, fast frequency switching speed, high frequency resolution, broadband and can be put into production with small size has become the target of many engineers in the world。
In this paper, I have attempted to use the fractional-N PLL Synthesis technology to design a X-band frequency synthesizer with broadband。 The design based on ADI PLL chip ADF4159。 The calculation of parameter and the simulation based on the software ADIsimPLL of ADI company。 The output frequency range is from 8GHz to 10GHz, the phase noise is better than -85dBc/Hz@1kHz, and the output power is about 10dBm。
