毕业设计说明书中文摘要随着现代通信技术的发展,高性能和微型化的设备慢慢成为发展趋势,而作为关键部分的滤波器更是必须重点发展。微波滤波器已被广泛应用于微波、微波导航、现代通信、雷达系统等多种领域。微波滤波器具有尺寸很小、性能教好、设计周期比较短且容易集成、容易易加工制造的特点。此外,随着电磁场数值计算技术和计算机技术的发展,为了满足相关设计需求,一些电磁仿真软件如Ansoft Hfss、ADS等也相继出现。本文首先将根据巴特沃兹低通滤波器的设计原理设计利用ADS设计集总参数模型并仿真,再将以集总参数原型为基础的六阶巴特沃兹低通滤波器利用阶跃阻抗的微带实现方法用HFSS设计并且仿真;再利用HFSS仿真出六阶切比雪夫滤波器,并对仿真结果进行比较,得出六阶切比雪夫低通滤波器相较于六阶巴特沃兹低通滤波器的通带内出现了反射零点;最后,再利用HFSS仿真出十阶巴特沃兹滤波器,并对仿真结果进行比较,得出十阶巴特沃兹低通滤波器相较于六阶巴特沃兹低通滤波器通带边缘明显变陡峭。78798

Title       The Design of Microstrip low-pass Filter based on HFSS                 

         

Abstract High performance and miniaturization of the equipment gradually become popular with the development of modern communication technology。We need to take the filter seriously which is the important part of modern communication technology。 Microwave filters have been widely used in many fields, such as microwave, microwave navigation, modern communication, radar systems and so on。 The microwave filter has the characteristics of small size, good performance, short design cycle, and easy to integrate and manufacture。 In addition, along with the electromagnetic field numerical calculation and continuous advances in computer technology, in order to meet the design requirements, some electromagnetic simulation software such as Ansoft HFSS and ADS also appeared in succession。 This paper will design a lumped prototype based on the design principles of Butterworth low-pass filter and simulate by ADS, then design and simulate the lumped prototype of sixth-order Butterworth low-pass filter based on microstrip implementation of stepped impedance by HFSS。 And followed by the comparition between sixth-order Chebyshev low-pass filter and the sixth-order Butterworth low-pass filter, finds that there is a reflection zero within the bandpass of the sixth-order Chebyshev low-pass filter。 Finally, comparing tenth-order Butterworth low-pass filter and sixth-order Butterworth low-pass filter by HFSS, and find  that the bandpass edge of  tenth-order Butterworth low-pass filter is obviously steeper。
