摘要微波输能技术(Microwave Power Transmission, MPT)是一种不受自然条件限制且性能优良的新型能源传输技术,应用该技术可解决各类复杂条件下的设备及高空飞行器的无线持续供能问题。
本文首先对微带天线的原理与设计过程进行了简要的介绍与分析,在此基础上利用仿真软件HFSS设计了中心频率为2。45GHz的微带天线。随后对滤波器的相关理论知识进行了介绍,设计了一个CMRC滤波器用于将整流二极管产生的高次谐波反射回整流电路。对于整流电路部分,本文利用ADS进行电路仿真,依次研究了二极管的选择、二极管的最高效率的获取以及整流电路的整体设计,得到了性能比较理想的2。45GHz微波整流电路,其整体整流效率可以达到60%以上。同时分析了阻抗匹配的理论,设计了一个双枝节匹配电路,用于微带天线与整流电路之间的阻抗匹配。
最后本文对所设计的整流天线进行了实物制作以及测试,测试结果表明本文的所设计的微带整流天线具有一定的整流效果,证明了设计方案的正确性。81473

Abstract Title The Design of Microstrip Receiver Rectifier Antennas
Abstract Microwave Power Transmission (MPT) is a new type of transmission technology for energy, which will not be restricted by natural conditions and has excellent performance。 MPT can solve the problems about the energy supply for the wireless equipment and aircraft in all kinds of complex conditions。
First,the principles and the design processes of the microstrip antennas are introduced and analysed。On the basis of previous introductions and analysis,a microstrip antenna with a center frequency of 2。45 GHz has been designed by using the simulation software HFSS。 Then, a CMRC filter is designed to reflect the high order resonant waves generating from the rectifier diode back to the rectifier circuit。 For the part of the rectifier circuit, the simulation software ADS is used to conduct circuit simulation。 The choice of the rectifier diode, the conditions for achieving the maximum efficiency for rectifying and the overall design of the rectifier circuit have been researched in turn。 Then, the microwave rectifier circuit with the satisfactory performance in 2。45 GHz is obtained。 The overall efficiency of the rectifier is more than 60%。Meanwhile, the theory of impedance matching is analyzed and a matching circuit with two stubs is designed。 The impedance matching circuit is used for the matching between microstrip antenna and the rectifier circuit。
Finally, the rectifier antenna is fabricated and tested。 Measured results show that the receiving antenna and rectifier circuit operate well which demonstrates the validity of the design。
