Title Design and implementation of automotive anti-collision radar circuit
Abstract With the rapid development of economy and industrialization, the car as a means of transport becomes more and more widely used。 Car brings convenience to the people, but at the same time,road traffic accidents increasingly occur。 How to avoid the accident of car collision has also received extensive concern。 The thesis aims to analysis the automotive anti-collision radar, and design a small 24 GHz automotive anti-collision radar system。
The article first introduces the overall framework of this radar signal processing circuit, mainly including the processor module, power module, control module, the low frequency analog amplifier module, RF module, antenna module and interface circuit module, etc。 We choose BGT24MTR12 as the main chip of RF module, a 24 GHz transceiver MMIC with one transmitter and two receiver units。 And we select XMC4400 as the main microprocessor based on the ARM Cortex-M4 processor core for its good compatibility。 Through the analysis of the working principle of the system, we use Cadence SPB 16。6 Capture CIS to design schematic diagram of the circuit, then use Allegro to produce various packaging of components and parts, finally complete the layout design of the printed circuit board。
