    摘要本文通过溶胶-凝胶法制备含银复合氧化物,采用了脉冲电沉积方法制备镍基含银氧化物复合镀层,同时研究了镀液中含银氧化物的浓度对复合镀层的力学性能与摩擦学性能的影响效果。经过XRD,EDS,Raman等技术分析后发现:钼酸银、钒酸银等含银复合氧化物在高温状态下具有良好的润滑性能,但该复合氧化物在500摄氏度左右会出现分解,从而影响了润滑效果。
    用脉冲电沉积方法可以获得镍基含银氧化物复合镀层,而复合镀层中的确存在含银氧化物。含银氧化物对于复合镀层的硬度提高和摩擦系数的降低起到一定的作用,随着含银氧化物添加量的增加,硬度和减少摩擦的润滑效果也随之提高。当含银氧化物添加量过多时,不利于复合镀层的制备,对力学性能和摩擦学性能也不好。19253

    Title  Research on Silver-containing Composite Oxide’s Influence on the Tribological Performance of Nickel-based Composite Coatings                                      
    Abstract
    In this paper , sol-gel method was used to prepare the silver-containing composite oxide and pulse electrodeposition process was used to prepare the silver-containing /nickel based composite coatings. Furthermore, the influence of silver-containing composite oxide concentration on mechanical properties and friction and wear performance was discussed. By XRD, EDS, Raman spectra, it was found that: silver molybdate, silver vanadate and other silver-containing composite oxides have good lubricating properties at a high temperature, but the composite oxide will occurs decomposition at about 500℃,thus it affects the lubricating effect.
     The silver-containing /nickel based composite coatings could be prepared successfully by the pulse electrodeposition process. And silver-containing composite oxide exists in the composite coatings indeed.For the increase of composite coatings hardness and decrease of friction coefficient, silver-containing composite oxide indeed play a role. With the increase of silver-containing composite oxide addition, the hardness and lubricity of composite coatings were also improved. When the amount of silver-containing composite oxide was superfluous, it was detrimental to the preparation of composite coatings ,the mechanical property and tribological performance.
