    摘要:本文主要研究不同轧制工艺对非调质钢组织的影响和相析出的特征。根据不同轧制工艺对析出物的影响规律来指导生产。
    研究采用的非调质钢于900℃时进行开轧,终轧温度在800℃左右,采用不同的冷却速率进行轧制和冷却试验。通过金相组织分析、TEM分析以及三文原子探针分析的方法对析出相进行分析研究,得出控轧控冷条件对非调钢析出相的影响,以及析出物的组成元素。
    通过金相组织分析,没有发现析出相,说明没有大尺寸的析出物存在。通过TEM分析,当开轧温度900℃,终轧温度820℃,空冷,冷却速度为1.7℃/s时,非调钢组织为铁素体和珠光体组织,组织中并无发现析出物,且珠光体片层间距为89nm;当开轧温度900℃终轧温度830℃,缓冷至340℃空冷,缓冷冷速为0.54℃/s时非调钢为铁素体和珠光体组织,铁素体基体中发现有析出物,大小约为5nm,珠光体片层间距为142nm。开轧900℃终轧830℃水冷至600℃,空冷,冷却速度为9.6℃/s时,非调钢为铁素体和珠光体组织,组织中并无析出物析出,珠光体片层间距为117nm。通过三文原子探针分析,该析出物主要含有V、Cr、C和Cu元素,还有少量Al及Si、Mn元素。20693

    Different study of precipitates in steel processing technology of non adjustable
    Abstract: This paper mainly studies on the change of microstructure and the features of non-hardened and tempered steel’s precipitated phase after different rolling process. We guide  the production according to the experimental results
    First of all, medium - carbon  non hardened-steel will be rolled at the temperature of around 900℃ and finished at about 800℃.The size will be changed from 40mm mill to 7mm, with different cooling speed. Next,the rolling temperature and cooling rate will be determination and the implementation of rolling and cooling test will be started.Finally, through the studies on analysis of precipitate phase, different effects on precipitates in steel processing technology of non-quenched steel will be fund.
        Through TEM analysis, if the opened rolling temperature is 900 ℃, end rolling temperature is 800 ℃around, empty cold, 1.7℃/s.The microstructure of non-hardened and tempered steel is ferritic and pearlite organization,none precipitation property fund in 
    organization,and the tablets layer spacing of pearlite is 89nm; If the opened rolling temperature is 900 ℃ end rolling temperature is 830 ℃, sustained cold to 340 ℃ empty cold, sustained cold cold speed for 0.54 ℃/s. The microstructure of non-hardened and tempered steel is ferritic and pearlite organization.The precipitation property was found in iron pigment body substrate, size about for 5nm, the tablets layer spacing of pearlite is 142nm.Through three dimensional Atomic probe analysis, the main element of precipitation property is V, Cr, C and Cu , also accompanied with few Al and the Si, and Mn element.
