    本次设计中主要说明阐述了课题背景以及T2紫铜带的生产流程以及技术要求,并且结合了参观中铝上海铜业有限公司的实际生产工艺来设计出符合课题要求的生产工艺流程。并对此次产品在进行生产时的熔炼、变形、轧制等制度的制定,力能参数、轧辊校核、电机校核、辅助设备能力计算和车间主要经济指标的计算,并且运用AutoCAD来绘制轧辊图、轧机轧辊受力和弯扭矩图以及生产车间的平面布置图。

    Copper uses more expansive than pure iron, is used mainly for generators, busbar, cable, switchgear, transformers and other electrical equipment and heat exchangers, piping, solar heating device thermal equipment such as flat collector. In addition, the copper is also used in motor short circuit ring, made of electromagnetic heating inductor, and high power electronic components, wire line terminal blocks, etc.Copper also apply to the furniture such as door, window, armrest and decorations. According to the requirements of this specification for the products, such as melting, rolling system and force parameters on the strength of design calculations and equipment capacity and checking to complete the task required by the process, and at the delivery status of products required. So finally according to the previous design of products and product use and performance to generate products of copper. Because it is electrical accessories with copper strip, so the choice of T2 copper, Chinese standard GB/T 2059-2008. The raw material size is 170×630×5100mm.The finished product size is 0.3×200×3000mm.
