Introduction to Ancient Chinese and Western Feudal System and Its Impact on The Development of The Society
Abstract: There was a long process of feudalization in the Estern and Western history,and the feudal system had a deep impact on the development of the sbcial economy, policy,culure and religion of both countries history. Just as the differences existed in the religion ,the pernal freedan and the politicd system.There are also similarities that existed in the economic background and the social origin.There similarities and differences also cause the result that thay formed their own unigue economic form and the feudal made of production,at the same time,trey deeply influent the development of the Estern and Western history.

浅谈中西古代封建制度及其对社会发展的影响
前言
封建制度源于中国古代天子根据爵位的高低将领土分封给宗室或功臣作为食邑的制度。在这一制度下，那些被分封的诸侯、领主或大地主都能索取土地收入，并且都能在自己的领地上行使政府职能。而现在，“封建”一词也作为欧洲历史上“feudalism”的汉语译名使用，并用来借指日本历史上的地方分权制度。“封建”是指与西欧分封制的社会制度相类似的封建制,这是狭义上的解释。这一概念被马克思更加广泛地定义为地主阶级对农民阶级实行专制统治的社会制度，使它具有更为普遍的意义。就“封建”一词的含义而言，中国古代时期所实行的“封建制度”，与西方中世纪时期所实行的“封建制度”，它们在含义上是基本相同的，都是指通过“封土”的形式组建或治理国家，以及由此所形成的制度。但中西方的封建制度在形成的机制上却是相反的。在古代中国，出于统治的需要，全国的土地被天子层层分封给亲属，贵族以及有功的大臣，形成天子—诸侯—卿或大夫—士，这种带有中国特色的“封建制度”，中国的“封建社会”也就是以这种从上而下的血亲分封的方式形成的。西方的“封建制度”则是出于安全的需要，底层的农民通过层层依附，最终确定国王的领导权，西欧的“封建社会”就是这种从下而上的投靠和效忠而形成的。
