Abstract: Along with the increasing development of our social economy, “three rural" issue has always been the root of the party and the country attaches great importance to the problem. New type of rural cooperative medical care system, labor insurance constitute and urban public health care three medical security system in our country, it is one of the important content of the social security system in our country. At the same time, the establishment of the new type of rural cooperative medical care system and implementation for the integration of urban and rural social security development not only laid a solid foundation, for the party and the country also solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", promote the integration of urban and rural construction, the comprehensive construction of a harmonious society provides a strong guarantee. Based on the ethnic minority autonomous areas, including the hani yi dai national minority autonomous county of yuanjiang, the new rural cooperative medical care system as the research basis.
