摘要随着中国经济的快速发展,城市化不断加快,城市建设呈现出飞跃式的发展。城市范围不断向农村扩展,随之而来的大量高楼大厦与公路的建设促使着土地征收与房屋拆迁的浪潮一浪高过一浪。但由于缺乏系统的法定程序和公平赔偿的协调,近年来房屋拆迁进程中频繁出现各种各样“野蛮拆迁”和“暴力反抗”的事情,成为一个始终难以协调的问题,人民和政府的矛盾剑拔弩张,互不妥协,因此城市化建设的进程经常受阻。围绕着城市建设的土地征收与房屋拆迁的协调问题始终是社会关注的焦点问题,公共利益和私人利益的纠缠造成的社会关系的高度紧张。为了对房屋拆迁补偿问题进行探讨研究,本文首先从介绍拆迁补偿涉及的相关理论入手,以潮州S232省道改造概况为例,借助调查问卷分析数据,围绕利益相关者中心理论对房屋拆迁补偿进行探讨,为房屋拆迁补偿提出建议。45267 毕业论文关键词:城市化; 房屋拆迁; 拆迁补偿
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economy, accelerating urbanization, urban construction showing leaps and bounds. Continue to expand the city limits in rural areas, a large number of high-rise buildings and highway construction prompted the ensuing wave of land acquisition and house demolition of a wave after wave. However, due to the lack of coordination of the legal process and fair compensation system in recent years, the process of demolition occurs frequently different kinds of "brutal demolition" and "violent resistance" things become a problem is always difficult to reconcile the contradiction between the people and the Government of tense, and do not compromise, so the process of urbanization is often blocked. Around the issue of coordination of urban construction land acquisition and house demolition is always the focus of attention, high tension entangled public and private interests of the cause of social relations. In order to explore the house demolition compensation study, this paper introduces the theory of relocation compensation involved starting from Chaozhou S232 provincial reconstruction profile, for example, by means of a questionnaire analyzing data centers around the stakeholder theory to explore the house demolition compensation, recommendations for house demolition compensation.

自21世纪以来,伴随着经济全球化的浪潮,中国经济进入了大调整、大转折、大变化、大发展时期。中国已经进入快速,全面的城市化阶段,各大小城市的基础建设也呈爆炸式的发展,随着而来的土地征收,房屋拆迁等工作快速推进。由于房屋拆迁是一项极其复杂的工程,涉及政府,公民,拆迁商等多方面利益者。但是我国当前的拆迁赔偿制度还不够合理,赔偿程序不完善,赔偿方式单一,不能切实保障被拆迁人的合法利益,补偿方面的问题尤其突出。对房屋拆迁补偿进行探讨研究有着重要意义。如何解决拆迁赔偿问题成为了中国未来经济,社会的和谐发展一个重要的环节。
