Abstract:The extent of farmers' political participation reflects the level of development of democratic politics. The current political participation of farmers main problems are: non-institutionalized political participation has a tendency to expand, to participate in a single channel, with passive participation, patriarchal forces and the forces of black gold politics interfere with farmers' participation. The problem stems from the traditional stereotype of factors, institutional lag factor, missing factor driving force participation constraints cost factors. In order to ensure the healthy development of farmers 'political participation, we must develop the rural economy, farmers expand political participation channels, strengthen publicity and education of farmers' political participation, political culture of innovation in rural areas, improve the participation mechanism to promote the institutionalization of political participation of farmers.

当前中国农民政治参与存在问题的原因及对策前言
我国农民的政治参与呈现较好的发展形势，这源于人们多年的理论研究和实践创新。这种较好的发展形势具体体现为：农民的选民意识不断增强；参与的规模扩大；参与的效果显著提高。但是，不用说，在目前农村社会虽有巨大变化，但农民政治参与依旧存在诸多问题，极大地制约了农民政治参与的良性发展。
一、当前农民政治参与存在的突出问题
（一）非制度化政治参与有扩大趋势
改革开放之前，我国农民几乎没有出现非制度化参与。非制度化参与近些年呈现快速扩大的趋势。该参与活动一方面不利于农村社会秩序和基层政权的稳定，使国家各项政策不能在农村得到有效贯彻。另一方面，极大地制约着我国农村的可持续发展。
