    Summer air conditioning cold source is in the basement of two compression chillers, supply and return water temperature of 7/12 degrees. Matched with chilled water pumps and cooling water pump use all three units, wherein each one backup. The total cooling load of air conditioning in summer is 368.013kw. Air conditioning water system is a variable flow pump pipe system. Air conditioning air conditioning rooms adopt fan coil unit plus fresh air system.
    This design is targeted mainly office and restaurants air-conditioning design. For the office staff, visitors and other staff provide a comfortable and healthy environment. Each floor places set one independent fresh air machines to support the independent fresh air for all the air conditions room in that floor. The system has advantages on energy-saving, long life, adjustable and space-efficient.
    Automatic control of the HVAC system with direct digital control system,  DDC system, which consists of a central computer and terminal equipment with a plurality of field control station and sensor and actuator. Chilled water system with cold quantity control water chiller and the corresponding number of operating water pump, cooling tower.
    The fire control system and air conditioning control system of DDC compatible and communication, direct start stop system into DDC through the fire control system of the equipment shall be in the fire.
    The wind pipe all fresh air conditioning room, wind pipe passes through the firewall, through the floor of the main vertical wind pipe is connected with a branch air duct is provided with 70 degrees fire control valve. Exhaust system should be 280 degrees fire control valve is arranged on the fan inlet
    This design contains: cooling load calculation; the estimation of system zoning; the selection of refrigeration units; the selection of air conditioning equipments; the design of air duct system and calculation; the estimation of air distribution method and the selection of relevant equipments; the design of water system and its resistance analysis; silencing shock absorption measures of the system and heat preservation anticorrosive measures of the pipeline.
