    设计总说明: 本设计为天津工业大学教学楼,其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。关于建筑部分:首先初步方案的确定,包括柱距、层高和房间功能的确定。纵向柱距分别为3.6m;8.1m;2.4m;6.3m,横向柱距分别为7.2m*6;10.2m。建筑底层层高3.6m,其余层3.3m,共五层,建筑总面积4669.2m2 。建筑功能包括大小教室、档案室、办公室、活动室等;各层设楼梯两部,男女卫生间各一间。确定方案之后,通过天正软件完成了各层平面图,屋面排水图,正立面、侧立面图,剖面图以及节点详图的绘制。关于结构部分:首先确定结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋盖及楼盖采用现浇式结构。然后进行梁板柱尺寸、混凝土强度及其钢筋等级的确定,接下来就开始使用PKPM软件绘制结构平面布置图。等完成主次梁的布置,则开始楼屋面荷载计算以及梁间荷载的计算并将其输入软件。之后通过软件就能看到电算的板配筋结果,再挑选个别板格进行手算配筋,将手算的结果与电算配筋相比较。随后我挑选了轴的一榀框架来计算它的荷载并与PK文件形成的一榀框架荷载进行比较。紧接着将电算的梁柱内力结果输入Excel表进行内力组合,最后选用组合出的最大内力进行梁柱配筋计算。完成了一榀框架的计算,我开始了对楼梯的配筋,又在JCCAD中绘制的柱下独立基础。最后完成了梁板柱平法施工图、基础施工图及楼梯配筋图的绘制。21242

    The building structure design of Tianjin university
    [Design illustration]: This design for the building of Tianjin university of technology, including the architectural design and structural design of two parts. About building part: first of all,the determination of preliminary scheme, including column spacing, height and  room features.Vertical column spacing are 3.6 m;8.1 m;2.4 m and 6.3 m, the horizontal column spacing were 6.3 m * 6 and 10.2 m.The underlying layer height is 3.6 m, the rest of the layer is 3.3 m, a total of five layers, a total construction area of 4669.2 m2.Architectural features include the classroom, office,record room, activities room. etc.;Each floor  is provided with a staircase two, male and female toilet each one.After determine the scheme, I completed the floor plan of each layer, and roofing drainage plan, facade, side elevation, section and detail drawings.About the structure part: firstly I determine the structure using cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, roof and floor cast-in-situ structure. And then I determine the slab column size, concrete strength and steel grade, then begin to draw the structure layout using PKPM software. Completed primary and secondary beam arrangement, I begin building roof load calculation and calculation of beam between the load and the input software. The software will be able to see the board computer reinforcement results, then select the inpidualpanels to hand calculation reinforcement, will hand count results and computerized reinforcement comparison. A framework for load then I picked out aframe shaft to calculate its load and formed with the PK file comparison. Then the beam column internal force result computer input Excel combination of internal forces, the final selection of maximum internal force combination of beam reinforcement calculation. The calculation of a frame, I started the reinforcement on the stairs, independent foundation under column drawing in JCCAD. Finally I complete the drawing method of construction drawing, Liang Banzhu foundation construction drawing and stair reinforcing bars chart.
